Sykes Enterprises is growing & hiring Customer Service Professionals for our site in Boise, Idaho. Come be part of our great culture and growth here in Idaho!

Hours of Operation: 24/7

Pay: $12.00-$12.50/hour

Training: 2-9 weeks full time paid training

Location: 11331 W Chinden Blvd Building 8, Boise, ID 83714

The Details:
  • Currently we have two different engaging clients on site.
    • ​Answering inbound tech/IT questions.
    • Help customers book flights, and plan their trips as a travel agent.
  • Training can range from 2-9 weeks depending on the client.
  • You will have a dedicated Team Leader supporting you all along the way.
  • We have a clear goal, that rings throughout our site, one caring interaction at a time. We are all here to support each other, and make sure we are successful!
