This position uses advanced skills gained through training and experience to implement and maintain various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This includes knowledge of the systems implementation life-cycle and related project management methodologies. Of particular importance are the capabilities needed to assess, develop and implement protocols (e.g., procedures, policies, controls), that ensure HR system and data reliability, draft/document functional and technical requirements while supporting general business objectives.
