Location: 198 East 1600 South BLD 4 Provo, Utah 84606

Job Type: Inbound Customer Service

Hours of Operation: 6 AM -10 PM daily

Salary: $12.00/hour

* $0.50 increase after 6 months
* Monthly bonuses

Schedules: Full-time & Part-time options after training

* Flexibility for students
* No shift bids

Training: 4 weeks paid; Full-time

* 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Mon - Fri


* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years or older
* Pass a background check

Skills & Qualifications:

* Basic computer knowledge and understanding
* Ability to successfully navigate multiple screens
* Friendly & empathetic personality
* Basic navigation knowledge of websites & apps
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Effective communication via phone
* Dependable with high self-accountability
