* Minimum starting base pay of $12.50/hr. while in training
* $14.00/hr. after completion of the 7-week training

What will you be doing? We have great Customer Service opportunities...

SYKES is looking for full-time Customer Service Agents at our Fort Smith, AR location to assist customers answer questions, process transactions and resolve their issues! You will get the opportunity to:

* Become a licensed personal lines insurance agent (investing in you)
* Engage in a fully paid training program to teach you what you need to know (insurance knowledge)
* Answer live inbound phone calls during your entire shift from different customers (get variety)
* Use a computer to navigate various screens to help the customer (improve your computer skills)
* Listen to issues, empathize and solve customer issues (be a problem-solver)

What do you need to be a successful Insurance Customer Service Agent? It is simple...

* Offer contingent on studying for and passing Personal Lines resident licensing exam before the start date
* Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
* Have reliable, consistent transportation to get to and from our Fort Smith, AR location
* Computer navigation skills, using Microsoft applications and Internet browsers are a definite plus
* Previous customer service in a fast-paced insurance service environment, service or claims experience is a plus
* Ability to pass a background and drug test
* Hours of operation: M-F: 7 am - 9 pm; Sat: 7 am - 7 pm; Sun: 10 am - 4 pm CST
