You'll shine in this role by backing our client's mission to fill every home with music. We'll train you to become a product expert in support of the ultimate home listening experience and will answer customer inquiries via email, phone and social media. You'll Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and solve software and hardware issues for voice, internet, or data installation and connection issues. Best of all, you'll work in a fun team environment.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

* A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Passion for helping people
* Strong technical understanding of computers and the internet
* Background in Computer Science (preferred, but not required)
