Work At Home- Bilingual Spanish Seasonal Customer Service Agent *season ends April 15th with excellent opportunity to gain full time employment with SYKES Home!

Immediate Interviews for those who qualify

The Customer Care Professional will provide the highest level of customer service, while assisting customers with their tax software needs.

This position requires you to have a face to face interaction with the customers via web cam.

Routine Customer interactions using a computer, while communicating with multiple customers concurrently or handling multiple tasks (spoken and written) ? in a blended phone and chat environment
