Required qualifications, skills and experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for support of on site staff with their IT needs
* Address end user problems that arise with their technology (phone, computer, voice systems)
* Perform CMS administrative backups
* Respond to request from end users in a timely manner

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience
* Ability to prioritize technology needs for the site
* Knowledge of large scale phone system preferred but not required
* willingness and drive to learn and grow
