Join us as a Customer Service (Chat) Sales Representative supporting one of our largest Telcom clients at the Fayetteville site! You'll shine in this role if you enjoy connecting with and assisting customers and have a passion for technology. You'll answer inbound customer requests or inquiries concerning service, products, equipment and report problem areas in a chat environment.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Apply with us, if you possess:

* A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
* Typing speed of 40-50 wpm
* Ability to multitask and independently solve complex issues
* At least 6 months - 1 year of previous call center customer service experience in a chat environment (preferred)
* Knowledge of internet connectivity, networking (TCP/IP), web (HTTP) and email (POP/SMTP) protocols & terminology (preferred)
* Sales Experience (preferred)
