Required qualifications, skills and experience

Your Job Will Include:

* Serve as a Global OD Business Leader

* Lead with a true hands-on approach

* Coach and mentor at Executive and management levels

* Identify and drive the implementation of short and long-term global goals for agent, non-agent and leadership to improve productivity, drive engagement and enhance leadership capabilities.

* Develop and implement global leadership and individual contributor core competencies that serve as the foundation for selection, assessment and development.

* Define and implement Global Agent and Leadership Development Strategies based on a consensus-built talent development framework

* Create and implement a global integrated talent review and succession planning/management process

* Create measurement methodology to inform data driven decisions and determine investment strategies for people, programs and technology related to leadership development.

* Mentor a team of OD and Learning & Development professionals

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

Experience & Skills You Need

* Bachelor's Degree

* Master's Degree preferred

* 10 plus years' experience in progressive HR/OD leadership roles in a mid-large, complex global company required

* Ability to understand and work within an HR Centric model required running COEs and getting results through collaboration with global partners

* Strong experience in adult learning practices as well as Organizational Development

* Strategic, business-oriented thinking with hands on operational implementation experience and the ability to align processes and systems to support the organizations strategic objectives
