Sykes Enterprises is growing & hiring Customer Service Agents for our site in Lakeland, Florida. Come be part of our great culture and growth here in Lakeland!

Pay: $12.00/hour + bonus incentives based on performance

Training: 1 - 8 week(s) paid training

The Details:

We support three distinctly different and exciting clients at our Lakeland site

* Tech Support Customer Service focused position assisting individuals with their home security systems
* Medical Customer Services Assisting customers better understanding their medical insurance coverage, and find the assistance they need.
* Product Consultant A Customer Service position focused on assisting small-business with legal services

All positions are Full-Time, guaranteed 40 hours a week, and Permanent.
