This position is responsible for managing and administering regional compensation programs (North America) and ensuring competitive pay by researching and evaluating market pay practices and making recommendations for salary structure, base pay, and variable pay and incentives. The manager partners with key stakeholders and consults on compensation strategy, programs, and issues. This role utilizes advanced specialized knowledge and skills obtained through progressively responsible experience and training in compensation to plan and execute varied assignments.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

What you'll do:

* Partners with Business/Operations, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and other key stakeholders to advise on compensation strategy, programs and issues.
* Provides comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of compensation programs, position anaylsis, salary recommendations and other detailed projects.
* Conducts job analysis and evaluation using established processes to clarify Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption status, scope of responsibilities, technical and behavioral skills, education, experience, and training requirements of the job.
* Prepares and maintains job descriptions in a standardized form.
* Models incentive designs and makes recommendations for incentive plans to support the organization's objectives.
* May oversee and coordinate incentive payouts and communications for High-Performance Plan (HPP) and various other bonus plans.
* Participates in the development and administration of complete annual pay review and increase cycle.
* Works with HRBP and other stakeholders to assure compensation policies, practices and guidelines are executed in accordance with compensation principles and philosophy.
* Works in partnership with Corporate Compensation, Compliance, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, third-party administrators, vendors, and counsel to ensure plan goals and legal requirements met and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Acts as Project Lead for variety of compensation development projects.
* May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

* Bachelor's Degree
* Five or more years' experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation
* Knowledge of state and federal compliance laws and regulations
* Experience in developing and optimizing processes and internal assignment policies and practices.
* CCP and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
* Extensive experience in Excel - Power User
