You will develop and executing proactive talent sourcing campaigns to recruit top talent for our pipeline.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

What you will do:

* Partner with the TA leaders and our agency and job board partners to research, recommend and develop sourcing solutions to attract and acquire high quality talent and build a pipeline for future needs.
* Monitor and effectively manage sourcing campaigns, adjusting budgets and spends accordingly
* Manage the recruitment spend including invoices, budgets, forecasts and actuals in partnership with the operations and finance teams.
* Partner with Marketing Communications to develop and implement a strong employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives to position as an employer of choice within communities
* Researches and recommends best practices and new tools

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

* Bachelor's degree and Minimum of 5 years' experience
* Background in recruiting and sourcing required
* Ability to understand and develop sourcing plans and strategies
* Experience working with external marketing companies; building relationship/partnerships with the organization
