Working virtually, this role willb e responsible for the overall direction, coordination, contract and implementation fo complex HR systems projects under the direction of the global HR PMO

Projects Include:

* HR Transformation communication
* Change Management
* HCM implementation (start to finish)
* Foundational Design
* HR Integration

This is a contract position that will run through December 2020

Required qualifications, skills and experience

What you'll do:

* Manage one or more full life-cycle HRIS and/or HR projects including timelines and project plans detailing the implementation process focusing on complex, cross-functional as well as Global HR projects. Develops HR implementation plans in accordance with established project management methodologies, which are well-structured from a process, communications and change management perspective.
* Partners closely with HR leaders, Finance, Operations, and other SYKES functional leaders to analyze and evaluate project
* Identifies pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion. Develops counter strategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues..
* Responsible for planning, budget estimation, risk management, project control and visibility using team and project management tools to ensure objectives/deliverables are met on-time and within budget



Desired qualifications, skills and experience

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, advanced degree preferred. Eight plus years of formal project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in all functional areas of HR is highly desired.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proven success managing global HR and HRIS projects delivering on-time in budget.
* Experience with HR process redesign and CRM
* Ability to build collaborative relationships with Leadership and to influence others
* Excellent general knowledge of HR subject matter to understand the topics, raise issues and remove obstacles
* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - experience preparing and delivering management presentations and reports
* Ability to speak effectively before senior leadership, and employees of the organization.
* Ability to manage change and priorities and coordinate/realign project resources as necessary.


* Detail oriented with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Project) and SharePoint.
