You'll shine in this role if you at least 1 year of previous customer service experience and a passion for helping people. You'll interact daily with customers via phone to educate and explain the benefits of a new COVID test app and provide technical support, as needed. Required qualifications, skills and experience

• A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Degree preferred, but not required
• Previous Level 1 Support experience preferred, but not required
