You'll shine in this role if you have a natural problem-solving ability and enjoy connecting with customers. In this position, you'll answer a variety of inbound customer inquiries in support of QuickBooks Online (accounting software). We'll train you to become an expert and you'll share your knowledge by teaching customers how to use the program to its fullest potential. You'll also offer support by trouble-shooting technical issues in a fun team environment.

Required qualifications, skills and experience
