Job Description

we are SYKED to be able to offer a Recruiter position in our Malvern office. This position is responsible for executing the established high volume recruiting process to ensure SYKES is attracting top talent.

This role partners with the Recruiting Manager and operations team to understand requirements of the position-specific to the program, recruits quality talent to meet aggressive agent hiring requirements, and is responsible for implementing sourcing strategies and actively build relationships within the community to provide new sources of quality candidates.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

What you will do:

* Processes for screening, interviewing, and processing candidates on behalf of each new client and adapts to changes in the process.
* Understands the hiring requirements and performance expectations for each client while strictly adhering to hiring policies.
* Understands hiring policies are set, must not be modified, and ensures that candidates meet all legal requirements, completes and passes all required tests and that all information is accurately documented within our applicant tracking system.
* Recruits high-quality candidates in order to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals associated with each client's hiring goal. Goals can be very aggressive ranging from 15-75 new hires per week, requiring screening30-200 new applicants per week.
* Ability to effectively screen candidates and qualify candidates for processing through the full hiring process (50% of recruiting efforts in this screening process).

Desired qualifications, skills and experience


* Bachelor's degree AND / OR or 3+ years of full life cycle experience and/or training, within a corporate and/or staffing agency environments, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to handle a heavy volume of recruiting assignments.? Strong expert name generation skills, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience cold calling into organizations to build out lists of potential candidates
* Advanced internet and direct recruiting experience and knowledge {List any job-related language, computer, and/or communications skills and reasoning ability necessary or helpful to perform the job}
* Experience working with applicant tracking systems
