Our Trainers are at the forefront of our mission planning and delivering exceptional technical training to our agents preparing them to support questions utilizing their familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology. You'll shine in this role delivering classroom, remote and one-on-one instruction and mentoring. This highly sought-after role is in our soon-to-be remodeled, state of the art Langhorne, PA facility.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
What you will do:
* Obtain certification and deliver content accredited by our tech-giant client related their operating systems on smartphone and desktop devices
* Create a training environment that is engaging, positive and promotes collaborative learning
* Mentor agents as they progress through their careers with SYKES
* Partner closely with site directors, and account managers to continually assess training programs for improvements and revisions
Desired qualifications, skills and experience
Education and Qualifications:
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Associate or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
* 2-3 years' experience in classroom training; call center experience a plus but not required
* Ability to obtain client training certification
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
