Job Description

Sykes Enterprises is seeking is seeking a Technical Team Manager to support a team of Technical Support Engineers for the Splunk client. This team provides enterprise level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will not only support a team of TSE's but also be responsible for communication and engagement with Splunk Client. This is a remote work from home position.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 (based on experience)


* A minimum of 2 years' experience leading enterprise support technical teams (desired)
* Advanced understanding of Tech Support KPIs (TTC, Backlog Size, Age, etc)
* Strong Linux expertise required (LPIC certification desired).
* Computer Networking associate desired (CCNA, ComPTIA Network, etc)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer science preferred or equivalent experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience managing enterprise support ecosystem performance
* Must be able to work late evening/overnight schedule to support team schedules
