We're searching for enthusiastic, self-motivated associates to provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and text. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a fast, seamless, and enjoyable ticket purchasing experience for customers. You'll shine in this role if you have a passion for helping people and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Apply with us if you possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • General PC knowledge, including experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to support customers via phone, chat, email, and text
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer support and problem solving
  • Effectively adapt communication and style to match the needs of the customer
  • Proactively identify ways to avoid recurrence of customer issues
  • Recommend changes and improvements through our Voice of the Customer processes
