Job Description


This role will play a key role with project teams focused on advising clients regarding the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and associated solutions to deliver a more efficient and effective operations. A typical project will involve understanding a client's processes, systems and underlying data to identify automation opportunities and design requirements to restructure the processes and enabling technology to deliver additional capacity that can be used across alternate business functions. Over the course of a project the manager will be responsible for supervising other members of the team, reviewing their work, and providing coaching and feedback.

The technical aspects of the role require knowledge of a number of robotic process automation tools including Blue Prism and UiPath supported by training and certifications where applicable, and particularly the application of these technologies within complex environments such as financial services and healthcare.

  • Perform key roles within project delivery focused on optimizing business processes through the application of Intelligent Automation
  • Utilize specific knowledge and training of RPA solutions and technologies to advise and guide clients to the best approach to adopt an automated process solution.
  • Communication and coordination with client teams to manage expectations, and demonstrate the best approach to generate benefits demonstrated in business cases
  • Assist in the guidance of change control measures required for process automation projects, drawing on expertise and experience in implementing RPA solutions across a wide range of clients. coordinate resources, manage project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop relationships with partners, technology and consulting providers, including contributions to internal technical practices
  • Measure project success/value against stated client benefits.
  • Handle data analysis, interpretation and process design interviews for clients.
  • Communicate business drivers and process requirements to the technical implementation teams within Symphony, across a range of locations and technical solutions.
  • Act as a career counsellor to junior staff assisting them performance objectives and evaluating performance against a defined competency framework.
  • Manage, train, develop and mentor consulting focused staff
  • Support where required the coordination proposal responses, developing technical solutions
  • To support the development of SDS resources, approaches and clients reflecting the key SDS values of Innovation, Excellence and Client Centricity
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

  • 3-5 years of experience doing consulting or development in a client facing or project related role
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering or a related subject
