This position lead the program management efforts required to support the implementation of the Global HR transformation, the Global HR technology strategy and all other HR projects and initiatives in support of SYKES HR and the Business. This position manages the day-to-day activities of the SYKES Global HR Project Management Office (PMO) team to ensure services provided meet the needs of both internal and external clients. This position oversees the development of HR global PMO standards that will be used by all personnel performing HR Project Management duties. It ensures adherence and compliance to global standards through defined audit processes and uses results to drive continuous improvement. Finally, it is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the Global HR Services and Technology function. Depending upon the sensitivity and/or size of the project, this position may be required to function as the Project Manager to ensure the success of specific critical business initiatives.
