This critical role manages our recruitment marketing and advertising spend with our external partners based on our hiring needs to ensure our marketing efforts support our hiring needs utilizing the right tools and channels. You will develop and executing proactive talent sourcing campaigns to recruit top talent for our pipeline.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

What you will do:

* Partner with the TA leaders and our agency and job board partners to research, recommend and develop sourcing solutions to attract and acquire high quality talent and build a pipeline for future needs.
* Monitor and effectively manage sourcing campaigns, adjusting budgets and spends accordingly
* Manage the recruitment spend including invoices, budgets, forecasts and actuals in partnership with the operations and finance teams.
* Partner with Marketing Communications to develop and implement a strong employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives to position as an employer of choice within communities
* Researches and recommends best practices and new tools

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

* Bachelor's degree and Minimum of 5 years' experience
* Background in recruiting and sourcing required
* Ability to understand and develop sourcing plans and strategies
* Experience working with external marketing companies; building relationship/partnerships with the organization
