Welcome to the SYKES Work at Home Agent VoIP/Speed Verification Test Site

The supplemental VoIP and Speed testing must be conducted on your personal Laptop, PC, or Mac as it cannot be run from the OneTEAM thin client devices.

The testing can be conducted through many popular Web Browsers including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, and Opera. However, to allow browser based VoIP and Speed testing, we require the Visualware Browser Compatibility Service (BCS) to be installed on your personal Laptop, PC, or Mac before you can test. What is BCS? It’s a client side application that enables accurate browser based VoIP, Speed, Capacity, Route testing, and more.

Step (1)

Please click the appropriate icon to download BCS on your Windows or Mac based machine.

Step (2)

After you have installed the Visualware BCS service, click the blue test site button above the map that is closest to your home location. The site will conduct three separate tests (VoIP, Speed, and Capacity). When testing is completed, you will see a stoplight based summary page and at that point you can close the browser window. When you have finished all VoIP / Speed assessment testing, you may remove the BCS service on Windows under Add/Remove programs and on Mac, by dragging the BCS folder to the Trash.
