Join us as a Financial Services Representative to assist customers in obtaining banking information and provide customer service support at our Deland Florida site! You'll shine in this role if have experience or interest in the financial services industry and a strong passion for helping customers. In this role, you'll listen to customer needs and concerns and help them to solve problems concerning service or products in a fun team environment.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

• A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old

• Typing speed of 35 wpm



• Minimum 1 year of previous call center customer service experience (preferred)

• At least 3 years of previous travel experience (preferred)

• College degree (preferred)

• Bilingual Spanish/English
