Join us as an DVSS Quoting Specialist to support presales activities inclusive of Current Platform (Formerly VRD) and the Legacy/manual quoting & ordering process. You'll shine in this role if you have a passion for technology and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You'll understand all steps involved in the quoting process flow of the contracting strategy and will collaborate with the Regional Leader on all matters as they relate to new customers or customer enablement.


• Support the client in the generation of internet service quote

• Navigate multiple tools to accurately build quotes based on customer needs.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policie

• Use chat, email and web conferencing platforms to interface with key leaders and partners to provide service to customers.

Required qualifications, skills and experience
