Job Description

This position is responsible for providing direct administrative support to the SVP Client Management & Development. Additionally, this position will prepare detailed presentations to support business reviews, assist with the preparation and delivery of global communications to maintain and develop both internal customer and client relationships, and provide support in supplemental tasks and projects, as needed. Strong communication, project management and organizational skills are required for success in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adheres to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.

Global Communications and Administrative Support

  • Acts as the point of contact between Senior Executive and internal/external clients.

  • Handles requests and queries appropriately, routing them to the correct team member, as necessary.

  • Project manages and assists in the preparation and delivery of global communications to maintain and develop both internal customer and client relationships.

  • Proactively communicates critical data and information to senior management along with real-time response initiatives.

  • Facilitates and coordinates conference calls, account reviews and video conferences.

  • Coordinates Senior Executive’s schedule and calendar.

  • Facilitates travel arrangements (domestic and international, work with SYKES Travel for any special needs), reservations and meeting organization.

  • Project manages client and site visits by coordinating agendas to ensure all details are planned effectively.


Financial Review

  • Assists Senior Executive with operational and financial analysis by maintaining and preparing detailed presentations to support monthly, quarterly and annual forecast and budget reviews.

  • Collects and produces daily and weekly reports, including Scorecard reports for major market accounts.

  • Prepares detailed presentations to include memoranda, reports and presentation decks (data manipulation, formatting, editing and basic graphic design) to support Senior Management’s clients.

  • Extracts, combines and analyzes data from multiple data sources.

  • Validates data, including identifying and researching variances/discrepancies.

  • Performs ad hoc and special projects as needed.

  • 25% domestic travel, as business needs require.

  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
