What will you be doing? We have opportunities…

SYKES is looking for full-time Customer Sales and Services Representatives at our Kingstree, SC location to assist customers, answer questions, process transactions, resolve issues, and recommend new products or services! You will be able to:
  • Engage in a fully paid training program to teach you what you need to know (invest in you)
  • Answer live phone calls during your entire shift from different customers (get variety)
  • Use a computer to navigate various screens to help the customer (improve computer skills)
  • Listen to issues, empathize and solve customer issues (be a problem-solver)
  • Recommend new products or services to each customer (make a difference for someone)

What do you need to be successful at this job? It is simple…
  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Have reliable, consistent transportation to get to and from our Kingstree, SC location
  • Be able to work a consistent shift that will require afternoon/evenings and weekend day
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
  • Computer skills including keyboard, mouse and multi-screen navigation are extremely helpful
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute preferred
  • Previous call center or customer sales and service experience is a plus
  • Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background and oral drug test
