Job Description

SYKES is now hiring over 100 SEASONAL Customer Service Representatives to work at our Malvern, AR facility. No experience required. We offer PAID training to set you up for success! You will have the opportunity to earn extra cash for the upcoming holidays without the long-term commitment.

This position will extend through December 31, 2018 but could have the potential to last through March 2019. There will be three start dates available: October 15, October 29 and November 12.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Willing to complete a drug and background screening process
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer/client requests or inquiries
  • May be required to work in one or multiple systems and utilize multiple screens to find information and solve problems
  • Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all client products, services and promotions
  • Other duties as assigned
