Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE:
This position primarily has Customer Service Agent responsibilities, also provides performance improvement tips and one-on-one coaching to struggling agents as directed by Team Leader.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.
    • Customer Service Agent responsibilities (refer to Customer Service Agent job description)
  • Supports employee development through coaching, counseling, and training.
  • Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the Customer Service Agent's efficiency
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
